In Ramsey, our teachers are consistently working towards building mathematical fluency and number sense. Throughout their educational journey, students begin learning counting in Kindergarten and build upon the concept to develop their understanding of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division throughout their K-5 education. This knowledge continues to expand as they enter middle school and high school. This knowledge is used to further develop an understanding of fractions, ratios, and equations. Our teachers are committed to developing students’ procedural skills and conceptual abilities throughout their academic careers.
