This fall, Ramsey music students continued having great success in gaining acceptance to All-County honor ensembles at both the middle school and high school levels, earning a total of 28 seats. In order to be accepted into Bergen County band and/or chorus, students auditioned against other top musicians from across the county. Students in the middle school performed a concert at Emerson High School in November; the High School Festival Concert will take place in January at Paramus High School.
The following students were accepted in the Middle School Band: Ryan Hayashi, Andrew Kropas, Kevin Moon, Christina Nicolau, Topher Nunziata , Michael Peters, Sebastian Romero, Katie Weng, and Temmie Yu. Gaining acceptance to the Middle School Chorus were: Diane Blacido, Natalie DiGirolamo, Isabella Herrada, Anika Mukherjee , Abigail Schwartz, and Tanvi Tewary.
At the high school level, Bailey Felderman, Thomas Gilligan, Madeline Keane, Allison Los, and Joseph Muscarelle earned seats in the All-County Chorus, while Michael Cseh, Jack Kramer, Joseph LeBert, Jordan Paik, Connor Paul, and Olivia Tokish each made the All-County Band. Ankit Verghese earned acceptance to both the All-County Band and Chorus.
