The Ramsey Free Pulic Library is offering “tutor.com” access for Ramsy Library Cardholders at no chage.
This service provides on-demand, one-on-one virtual tutors on over 95 subjects. You can connect to a live tutor for voice or text chat help and use a variety of online tools (virtual white board) to collaborate, share files and interact. In addition, there is also a paper drop off service to get direct feedback on your papers, homework or even resumes/cover letters. Finally, there are online study guides, practice tests, online tutorials and videos, and more.We are hoping that this can provide some needed help for students and families during these unique times for education and schools.

- Tutors are available daily between the hours of 2pm and 9pm ONLY.
- There is also a paper drop off service to get direct feedback on your papers, homework or even resumes/cover letters.
- The service includes online study guides, test prep, practice tests, and more.
- You can access the service through the library’s website for Online Tools – www.ramseylibrary.org/onlinetools
- This service is available to Ramsey Library card holders only. You will need your library card and your PIN number to access. Tip – your PIN number is usually the last 4 digits of your library card, which you can change at a later time. If that doesn’t work, you can call/email the library to reset it for you.
- Tutors and assistance is available for all ages, from Elementary to Middle to High School, as well as College students and adults
- In addition to academic help, you can also receive guidance and feedback from resumes and cover letters
