Traditionally, December in the Ramsey School District means that it is time for concerts, school sings, and other musical celebrations. Unfortunately, this year these annual events are not possible due to safety concerns regarding COVID-19. That does not mean, however, that the performing arts are not alive and well in our schools. This year the performing arts staff has worked hard to deliver safe, quality, and creative instruction to our students throughout the district. And while we are not able to gather together to perform this December, the department faculty would like to share this “Holiday Music Card” with you in the spirit of the season. It is a small representation of what has gone on in classes throughout the district and features a sample of students performing throughout the schools. The Performing Arts Department wishes you all a safe and enjoyable Holiday Season, and we look forward to performing for you again in the future.
A special thank you to Mr. Cliff Bialkin, RHS Band Director, for putting this video greeting together. He will be retiring at the end of the month and will be greatly missed. Best of luck Mr. Bialkin!
