I worked with the Summit School District, where I had the privilege of collaborating with an exceptional administrative team. Our focus was a vital and timely topic: “From Striving to Thriving: Strategizing Leader Well-Being.” In our session, we set out with two primary objectives:
1. Share research and strategies to help support their well-being and that of their school community.
2. Provide concrete strategies to take care of themselves and their school community.
The necessity of providing our administrators with the support they both need and deserve has never been more apparent. It’s not just about enhancing their well-being; it’s about empowering them to create a more positive, effective, and thriving educational environment.
