Master the Moment: A Masterclass and Coaching Experience for Board of Education Members

I’m excited to share an exceptional professional learning opportunity explicitly designed for Board of Education members:

Developed by a seasoned superintendent (me) who understands the unique challenges of board leadership, this virtual series is now in its third year and has supported dozens of board members across New Jersey. This unique virtual series is designed to help Board of Education members sharpen their leadership skills, strengthen governance practices, and reconnect with their purpose—all in just 50 minutes a month.
Here’s what your board members can expect:

✔️ Thoughtful dialogue with peers and governance experts
✔️ A space to reflect, recharge, and lead with clarity

Participants select one time slot—10:15 AM, 2:15 PM, or 7:30 PM—and attend all virtual sessions at that same time on the following dates:
October 2, November 13, January 15, February 19, March 19, and April 23.
Each cohort is limited to 8 board members to keep the experience impactful and personal. This small-group setting allows for deeper conversations, trust-building, and a stronger participant connection.
