Welcome Back! I hope this message finds everyone well-rested after the summer. The Ramsey Public Schools continue to move forward in providing our students an exciting, rigorous, and engaging school experience. Once again Ramsey has been identified as a top 10% school district. While I’m immensely proud that Ramsey is consistently in the top of the different for-profit ranking systems – I just don’t think the metrics assess everything what public education is about and what we are doing in Ramsey. We are really doing some innovative things. Please take a few minutes to review the 2018-19 District goals and our Profile of a Ramsey Graduate work – both can be found on our website – www.ramsey.k12.nj.us. Once again our Parent Academies will be back – bigger and better than ever. Highlights include screenings of the movies ScreenAgers and the Hunting Ground; in January, Ana Homayoun author of Social Media Wellness: Helping Tweens and Teens Thrive in an Unbalanced Digital World! All residents are invited to attend.
